La flor de Calasparra Rice is a unique short grain rice grown in the mountains of the Spanish province of Murcia, where it enjoys pure mountain water irrigation by aqueducts engineered by the Romans & the Moors deliver water from the mountain streams, unlike the usual rice fields by the Mediterranean Sea. This rice matures for 30% longer developing it's remarkable flavour and texture. This rice absorbs 3 to  4 times its weight in stock, delivering the depth of flavour that you have come o recognize in the best of paellas.

Spain for a long time, was the major supplier of Saffron to the world, The fields of La Mancha are a prime location for cultivating this devine spice. Recently, the Spanish Saffron industry developed its finest quality Saffron ever. !  We are proud to be importing this premium product, It is a must see, For colour, flavour and volume there is nothing like it anywhere in the world.

Our fantastic Turron is also available. This treat was invented in Barcelona and is a delicate blend of Almonds and Honey. Traditionally had around the festive season by families all over Spain. Though it can be eaten at anytime throught the year without regret!
