Green Sauce - A delicate blend of white wine and parsley make this sauce a perfect accompaniment to vegetables such as artichokes and potatoes as well as white flesh fish and chicken.

Almond Sauce - A fresh and unique sauce that is has a delicate and unique flavour and served warm it is perfect over fish or white meats.

Salmorejo - Skinless fresh tomato, extra virgin olive oil, bread, sherry vinegar and salt. In Spain, it is traditionally served as a chilled soup with Jamon Serrano. Here we can use it as a dip or as a topping on your favourite crusty bread. It can also be used with pasta or as a sauce to go with meat, fish or vegetables. It is a fresh tasting delicious sauce and once you taste it, you will be back for more!!!
